Paid up letter

So I wrote a review here last about SSD&A ,I got an email from Chantell Roche Rusty asking for my ID number and other details,they said they will look up my account and it's been a week now and still there's nothing. I paid up my Ackermans account 10 months ago ,why are they still requesting my paid up letter?
