Paid up letter
This Firm failled to send me a 0 Balance letter /paid up letter.,since Cell C decided to hand me over to them, even though I paid Cell C accounts fully at their store, Cell C handed me over even though I send them all proof of payments made to them.. And now they saying they can't help me until I communicate with SSDA firm first and thy give me the 00 balance letter,, where else I never dealt with them, or made payments to them. But since last month they kept promising to send the letter.. Cell C deactivated my number also and will only be active once I get the paid up letter.

Kindly note that the reason why we sent you the nil balance statement is to show that the account reflects as paid up .
You can take your statement to the nearest store or the store you got the contact at so they can assist with paid up letter and to activate your sim

13 Jul 2021, 17:30I haven't received any nil statements since May from Shapiro shaik Defries&associates And cell c is refusing to open my lines..even though I sent them proof of payment.how long should I wait for SSDA to send the nil statement.
