Paid up letter

Good day I really need help guys since I waited for 2 months for my payed up letter and they send me statement so that I can close my Avon account so now that I closed my account I asked for payed up letter still they said the waiting it from ITC so that they can clear my name and snd me my payed up letter now it’s about to be 3 months because last week I asked again they said they will send witching 48 hour but no they haven’t done that now I’m stucked my credit score still says that I’m owing Avon and now my life is on waiting button coz of my name still on board that I’m owing Avon but I paid on 28 August
