Paid up letter

Very very poor service from this company SSDA I am struggling to get a paid up letter or a statement that’s proofs I paid up my MTN account it’s been a run around and plenty stories from there staff it’s making my life very difficult sort this out today SSDA not helpful at all it’s been 3 weeks now calling them for a paid up letter
