Paid up letter

These collectors have collected the money that I was owing to CellC. I paid the whole balance of R1520 on the 23 September 2021 and asked for paid up letter. They said that I must call the following week for the paid up letter. When i call they were no longer answering calls, until a CellC consultant advices me to use a different number or go to CellC to use their phone. I used a different number and without any waste of time it was answered. I was told that CellC Legal is the one who is supposed to write the letter and they'll send them an email to ask for the paid up letter. I waited and nothing came up. I called CellC and ask to be transferred to CellC Legal and the consultant said she can't transfer me because they're not on the same place, she said she can give me their phone numbers. While giving me the number, i realized that it's the number that I use to call Shapiro Shaik. I immediately stopped the consultant and told her that the number she's giving me is for Shapiro Shaik. The consultant said to me that it's CellC Legal. All along the Shapiro Shaik were telling me as CellC Legal is different people. Even now I'm still held up, failing to fulfill my other financial obligations due to the CellC listing. The credit bureau want a paid up letter and I don't have.
