paid up letter

i had a cell c account that was handed over to you guys , ive made arrangements and pd R350 for 6 months and u advised me the acc was pd up u guys requested paid up letters from cell c, since september, spoke to cell c and they say the account was never pd, im done mailing you and cell c for this to be sorted
