PAID UP BUT STILL BEING HARRASSED

I am being harassed by this company for an account that has been paid for months. They find ways to add interest on a zero account which does not make sense. Again they have team leaders (Zinzile Aldorance Tshuma @ ***) who either do not understand English or do not know what is going on. You call her office, she's not available, and then she comes days after copying the same email with no content or resolution. it is really frustrating trying to do the right thing to settle what you're being accused of and having the same problem reoccurring.
