Paid up accounts still reflecting as unpaid - Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates CC Old Mutual

I hope this gets my message accross Old Mutual and Shapiro Shaik. I am so tired talking to Shapiro Shaik's *********** consultants. I Even went to OLD MUTUAL to get help but they too could not help me.

I had two accounts with Old Mutual and was handed over for collections to Shapir Shaik Defries & Associates, But i paid both of them but on Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates still when i call i owe nothing is being updated this still reflects on my ITC profile.

Can someone please help with this??!
