Overdue Paid up letter

I have been contacting their agents for a whole month with no avail. I had to drove to their offices in Randburg, i spoke to Bontle the supervisor she promised to help i am still waiting my numbers are blocked I can’t reach them and instead their agents buzz and hang up. I am escalating this matter.
