Over depicted account

I had account with home choice then I lost the job then they hand me over to ssda which we end up make arrangements for paying up R3622 which I did then on March the same amount when through then I spoke to Zanele from ssda she told me to send my documents so that they can refund me I did they didn't refund me so I called again then I spoke to Francina then she said I must resend the documents which I did then no refunds then I spoke to Sibusiso who said to me that they don't owe me any money so there is no refunds but the money went to the same account that they received their last payment and I send them the proof of payment but still they don't want to pay my money back
