Once you account is settled they no longer care.

They did not send me my paid up letter even after the 21 days waiting period. I sent several requests and also told then how important it is for me to get the letter. They do not care about you once you have settled the account. Clearly all they care about is making money from monthly fees and interest. They don't care about people. If you are handed over to them you are *****ed. The amount of time i have to spend over the phone trying to get whats due to me! Unbelievable
