nuisance calls

I have been contacted by this company for the past 2 weeks now . Everytime I ask the agent to update their system as I can only be contacted at lunch time when at work ( yes sir i will update the system) I have never received a call at one or there about but everyday i get calls at 07 , 08 or even 14H30 .

How difficult can it be to add a note stating client can only be called at 13H00 ..

I have informed the recent agent ( 10 mins ago ) that i will not be as nice with them anymore should they call me at the strangest hours ..Damn illiterate agents
