Not updating my credit status with the bureaus

I was handed over to SSDA by MTN, however it was not a prescribed debt; therefore I settled my account with MTN and SSDA is responsible for tarnishing ny name with the credit bureaus of whic h they shoukd clear since I have sent the paid up letter received from MTN and Proof of Payment
