NOT RECEIVED PAID UP LETTER FROM SSDA AND WESBANK MOTOR FINANCE

I paid up my WESBANK car finance on the 18th of October 2019 . They used debt collector company called SSDA. I paid the outstanding balance in SSDA accounts on the 18th of October and they (SSDA) suppose to transfer the amount that I paid into WESBANK account. Today is the 29th of October I have not received a paid up letter.
