NON_PIAD UP LETTER

Good day

I’m usually patient, but this situation has gone too far. My account with SSDA handled by Vuyolwethu Jack, has been fully paid, yet I have still not received a paid-up letter, despite repeated follow-ups.

This isn’t just a missing document, it’s a failure in professionalism and accountability. As a paying client, I deserve proof that my money has been received and my account is settled.

I am sharing this publicly because SSDA should honor their obligations promptly. I expect SSDA to issue my paid-up letter immediately, and to ensure that other clients don’t face the same unnecessary frustration.

Trust and respect are earned, and right now, they are on the line.
