My account was referred by Discovery in 2023 when I changed to another medical aid, I have been paying monthly but I have not received a statement not even once, I have asked for it over and over again from March till now, but they don't seem to worry or care about my request yet they are deducting money. I don't even how much is my balance that's if there is still a balance because they just don't update you even when you request. I do don't think this is the way the collections should be handled. They behave like ****s.
