Cell c handed over my account to these guys in January 2021 , I paid up the account on the 13th of January 2022 SSDA advised they received payment and further sent me a statement as proof to send to cell c . I called cell c and they advised they did not receive any pay over from SSDA . This is very frustrating and I’m not sure what SSDA did with the R4400 that cell c hasn’t received to date . It’s two months later , why are you guys still retaining money that doesn’t belong to you ?
