No Response from Benny Mosiyoa

I have been calling them to update the payment made on the 23rd June which was R1000 and another one of R500 made on the 04th of July. They only updated the R500 so they can charge me more intrest as a person that didnt pay. I have called them countless times and sent numerous emails to The team leader BENNY MOSIYOA. With no response, im going to report them to the CFDC because i want to make the final payment and fet my paid up letter but they are making it difficult for me to do that!!

I tried dialling his direct extension but no no avail
