NO RESPONSE

I am utterly disappointed in Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates it seems only when I complain i will get service , the numbers are always busy and no one answers I emailed *** for a paid up letter and a query as i still received an sms of a balance yet i settled the account and i still have not received an email back

Please assist urgently
