NO PAID UP LETTER
My husband was told to make payment for an account, we have paid this account and requested a paid up letter. However no one is responding to us, we called the number given to us by the agents numerous times but there's no one answering . Please assist us immediately

21 Jul 2020, 21:43Im frustrated uptil this date my credit score as not changed. You guys stated that this account will be updated, with the bureaus but my name is still bad. Im trying to buy my own home, however this is holding me back.... I've call numerous times to the bureaus including Shapiro shaik. No progress with the account just like a sea saw ride go up and down..... Going nowhere slowly. If this matter is not sorted out i will take it to the media and social media. Plus i will report this on NCR. I am absolutely mad i need answers asap
