No Help! Just Empty Promises!

I have been requesting clarification on the account handed over to you guys since September last year. I have explained to your consultants numerous times that I was receiving incorrect statements from MTN and I want to know why it was handed over to you when they were not able to assist me with my enquiry to begin with. I was promised that a manager would get back to me. I am yet to receive any communication from them. Now the amount is increasing every time and I get calls everyday but are dropped the moment I answer. I honestly don't know what you expect of me and it's draining.
