No Feedback After Payment Made / Breach of Agreement Possible *****

I have been receiving calls at minimum 4-5 times a day from Shapiro Shaik with regard to an account being in arrears. After making the time to speak to two consultants i was assured that if the arrears on my account is fully paid then Shapiro Sheik will liase with the FSP on my behalf to obtain the settlement letter within two days.

Before making any payment to Shapiro Shaik i had raised my concerns to be reassured of the process in which the liaising on my behalf is conducted. Sibusiso Sibasa - a consultant at Shapiro Shaik has reassured me that they will provide me with the relevant settlement letter in addition my account will be updated on the credit bureau in 20 days.

I have asked for this to be formalized on an email with the letterhead which was supp****.

To date i cannot get ahold of the consultant neither can any other consultant assist due to them being unable to transfer me to the Sibusiso when i had the conversation with him he had reassured me that he will be my point of reference through the process however this is in breach.

I have made the full arrears amount payment and to date i have gotten no feedback.

If i dont get any further feedback i will have no choice but to get the relevant bodies involved and retract the funds due to mere fact that the possibility of ***** is being questioned.

I have the relevant proof stating an agreement between Shapiro Shaik and myself in form of emails and recorded telephonic conversations which are now unhonoured after payment has been made.
