Despite my query that went ignored by you for several months without resolution by you, I opted to pay the amount (R16,000) outstanding on my account (***, yet there's no communication from your side as always. I don't even know the status of the account with the payment now being paid up in full, yet my name is still listed on ITC?<br> No confirmation of the paid up account, no nothing.<br> <br> How do you people work exactly?
