NO COMMUNICATION AND STILL HARASSING AFTER ACCOUNT HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL

After given a 30% discount if I pay my RSC Account in FULL I am still waiting on the paid up letter! I sent the proof of payment and confirmation was received that the paid up letter will be sent within 21 working days. Payment was made on 21 November 2024 and I am still waiting ....

Numerous telephone conversations and emails sent WITHOUT any response. Consultants on the phone cannot assist, they are rude and are not able to tansfer me to anyone senior employee. Emails sent to resolutions@SSDA or info@SSDA is ignored and still you keep sending SMS and phoning daily!

I have had no other option as to lay a complaint with the National Credit Regulator.
