No accountability and of no help!

I'd like to leave a review based on my recent interaction with this company. They called, and agreement was made and honored. They received the money they agreed to take and was taken successfully. Fast forward 3 months later their client wonga then debits my account and takes additional funds which I had to fight for myself to get back. I've been I'm contact with them for over a month and over 30 emails later they could not reach or communicate clearly with their client which makes no sense. How do you service a client you cannot reach? And also they made no effort to expedite this case even after we established it was Shapiros fault for not sending through an updated payments schedule! Only after many emails daily and after they had to trace the payment using bank statement did they finally see they had not updated Wonga correctly. As a result I've had to fix everything myself on this platform. Till today all I got was is that they are awaiting feedback. This is absolutely disgusting from such a well known company. I would not recommend anyone agree to anything with them should they contact you for whatever reason. This is by far thee most unprofessional operation I've seen in a long time!
