NEGLIGENCE TO SEND PAID UP LETTER AND IGNORING MY EMAILS AND CALLS

They attended to me when they were asking for payment but now that it has been settled, they are ignoring my emails and calls to send me a paid up letter. This is so frustrating it been two months already.
