Negligence and Violation of accurate credit information

I have an account that I completed with you guys about four months ago, but even today it is still showing on my credit profile. The worst thing is that it has dropped my credit profile off an account I have completed months ago I am extremely angry and extremely disappointed as I have assets that are on the line of risk because of my false showing credit. I have raised this with the debt with you 3 months ago, but still nothing. Seems like my account is not getting updated to the credit bureaus, so after you finish account, they ignore it and not update to the credit agency. Every time i call just as everyone else here I'm told they are going to send paid up letter shortly but never actually send it. 3 agents of yours have consistently done this to me of the past months. Been documenting everything as advised for legal action
