MTN PAID UP LETTER

Had an MTN account that was handed over to this company. The service i have been recieving from call center agents is bad. They keep escalating my matter i dont know what is so hard with proving me my settlement letter i have paid in full but they claim to be waiting for MTN to respond. To what? I dont know. Now i cant even buy my dream car because of them. They dont even update that you have been paying my profile with creditors shows am still owing MTN R9000 .where is my money?. Its sad how reading reviews this company has been gambling with peoples credit lives and money. Can i please have my Paid up Letter! I have been patiently waiting and calling for assistance to only recieve rude client service i am furstrated please send the letter .
