MTN needs to stop using this stupid company

If there was negative zero rating they would definitely get it. I was told I had to pay 30% of the due amount before they could send me my arrangement letter (mind you when i asked what the amount was it changed from 3k to 2k, a legal company with no knowledge og basic mathematics is alarming). Why would I need to pay 30% to get a letter that confirms that I had a conversation and aggread to pay a set amount every month, but when they call you they tell you that the calls are recorderd. Obviously they cover theirselves with no care at all for anyone else. They are the 1st place I have ever felt with that need 48hrs to process an arrangements letter once they 30% nonsense has been paid even when you provide a POP (as if Standard Bank would lie on my behalf) **** show service. Consultants dont care and when they say they have escalated its the largest loud of *******(they are forcing you to wait that ridiculous 48hrs). They think their ****ing smart they really aren't. They don't even care about the compaints here all i see is "please find communication on email" bull****
