MTN contract

MTN handed my account to Shapiro shaik , I paid full amount n I confirmed with them , I asked for a paid up letter they keep telling me nonsense, it’s been months now, I am calling them everyday begging them for a letter..these guys are full of sh**t..they keep telling me they wil escalate the my issue.. till today , evryday saying calling them asking for one and the same thing..this is really disgusting 🤢!!!
