Mtn account paid up letter

Guys please be aware of this company. I paid off my mtn account through them on the 24th of April 2025 ,now their unable to provide me with paid up letter because they say there was a delay on pay overs between them and mtn . Everytime when you call them they say your matters is be escalated but nothing gets done

Please don't do any arrangements with them . Let's unit and fight our problems, because this company is making money from the unfortunate/poor one's
