I have on many occasion written, and spoken to people at the company and told them why I will not pay this outstanding debt. With no feedback as to what is happening to the credits that I am requesting. It's like my request and statements are just been ignored. But I will be harassed by them by sending me a email nearly every week. To me this is beyond harassment, as I don't know how many times I have to explain myself to them, and they call themselves lawyers. Not sure about that one.
