Money Snatchers

<p>On the 18th February I called the call centre and 1 of the agents assisted me and even sent me a statement of the amount I'm owing , 25feb I settled that amount then Edgars told me I owe them an outstanding balance of R475 which I immediately settled on 25th March and I was told I will revieve a paid up letter...after not receiving it I called Shapiro Shaik & Ass again and I was told I have a outstanding balance again after settling them in February how the hell can u charge me again after I settled my account...why was it said that its the telephone charges what charges I phone the stupid agents every 2nd day and my issue isn't resolved they keep on telling me back and forth to call Edgars and when I do Edgars tell me to call the attorneys...I don't understand how this people works they just there to ***** your money and refuse to send you your paid up documents...their agents should go for proper training and stop putting the client on hold..!!!!!</p>
