I called Shapiro Shaik defries about my settlement letter on the 16th of April and I was told that I'll get the letter within 30 days but I did not get it. I then called in yesterday 23rd May to find out the status of my letter only to be told that I was debited more than required they debited R600 instead of R544.49 so I must send an email with my statement indicating that the amount debited was more, I did that yesterday to my surprise this morning I get an email saying I now owe them R544.49. they have been debiting my account with no fail and last month was my last payment how do they now? If there was a balance why did they not debit in May? They are not competent at all I'm still waiting for my statement from them because the money they said I owed Cell C initially was high but because they would not stop sending sms' I ended up setting up a debit order so I can pay and finish now that I'm done I now owe them my statement is still not in asking for one again explain this amount will just end no response.
