Money making scheme
I personally feel that you're setting up your agents for failure. They don't know how to explain how your fees are being calculated.
There's a surprise cost each time. This is just unfortunate to poor unsuspecting payers. How on earth do you charge for a call I make to make an arrangement? This company is just a money making scheme. It's completely ridiculous!!!!

We charge cost , fees and interest on late payments of defaults. A receipting fee to the value of 10% ids also charged on any payment received toward your account instalment.

I know you can easily say well it's not your problem. Agreed but I was responsible enough to stick to my end of the deal, can I please just have the paid up letter.
