This company is a bunch of ****mers and i am so angry.

My MTN account was handed over to them and i made a payment using a link that they provided me with via email to make a payment, i made a payment if R5000 towards my account. I then called two days after and was told that my payment is not reflecting because they changed their payment system, which has got absolutely nothing to do with me because i paid using the link they provided. I was told to send through a POP and the funds will be allocated , it has now been more than 5 working days instead i get called by different agents requesting payment.

I am so angry and i will be involving my lawyers and social media about this **** company and also include medical records of the stress this whole case is contributing towards my pregnancy.
