This Debt Collectors are a ****. My MTN account was handed over to them whilst still reflecting on my credit profile the amount of R9339.00. I contacted and requested a settlement letter. I received the settlement letter with the outstanding amount of above R14000 of which I settled. Funny part on the same letter it on that this is the final settlement amount offer. I contacted them to provide me with a paid up letter, however they denied to give me. they later claimed that i am still R7000.00 more and i should contact MTN. Really really disappointed. even though I tried my best to settle this company is trying by all means to keep me credit unworthy or to pay a bribe.
