My MTN account was handed to them and as i was paying it, i was told that it has been paid off and they gave me a letter. But guess what a year later they phoned to say the accounts department made a mistake i still owe them R844 and i agreed to pay it over 2 months but they deducted the whole amount in Feb and on top of that they deducted in March and April. I phoned them to say guys i need my money back and they said i will only get R711 which i have not received till today ......I requested for a statement and when i look at it, its full of call charges,monthly fees,sms charges,debit order fee and now they are not taking my calls anymore or responding to my emails.......
