****MER ALERT - Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates

I am extremely degusted with Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates as this is nothing but a **** company that is out to black list and rob consumers with the worst service ever. i have tried on countless occasions to get assistance with a Foschini account they claim i owe funds on, when they cannot give me any proof from either Foschini or their end and i currently have a Foschini account which is active . Every time you call in you speak to a new person who doesn't understand how to help you get solid answers , they never call back when you leave a message to speak to a consultant who assisted on your previous call and everything seems to take months to get a response. i have submitted all relevant info require to state my case and still no feedback. its a shame that retailers use Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates as a service provider cause all they do is push people in a corner to never use a service again. Please need to be aware of these ****mers that claim so called debt without providing correct info .
