I had only 1 account on pre paid with Mtn, and they claimed that I have another account with Mtn, I paid up that ghost account for my credit profile sake. I requested a paid up letter. They said I will get it after 7 days. Now the 7 days has passed they don't respond to my WhatsApp request not doing anything but I paid up this none existing account
