I had a FASTA account which was handed over to Shapiro, Now that I am supposed to pay my last installment, suddenly they have added an interest which I was never told about. The call center ladies speak different stories. The other acknowledges that I only need to pay the last installment whereas the other one speaks about interest added on my account which means I have to pay an added installment which I never agreed to.
