Markham Accounting for *** Balance

So in October 2014, I paid off my Markham account and then around 2016/2017 I received new from Shapiro Shaik Defries and Attorneys that my Markham account had been handed over to them and I had an outstanding balance of R180 and I asked whether they could provide me with a statement providing details to how I owed Markham that amount as they were “acting on behalf of their client”…to this end, there has been statement of that sort received from this entity instead their consultants are rude when you ask for such. Today I spoke to one who told me that the amount had increased to R300 plus and they told me that they’d send me the information I requested. I obviously have to use other means to pursue this matter ‘cos I have had it with this nonsense.
