making up charges( *****)

Handed fin choice account was R962.64 on 22/12/2014 on 20/02/2014 is R1787.38. why are you making up charges. every week I receive 2-3 emails showing my outstanding balance increasing.I requested the statement. The statement shows that per day they were sending 2-5 emails to me and the were changing me R20. when I question their staff member she says the system is automatically sending emails. Really they are milking people. I m just imagining if they are doing it to 1000 people how much they are making per day. They will be making R100000 per day. Please explain to me why are you so unprofessional. Is the law of society aware of your over charging. Does the law of society encourage your to make up charges. Please rectify my account.
