making up charges

Shaipro shaik why did you hire Ivy Moyo, she is unprofessional. ur system is always generating emails to me every day and Charging me. Ivy told me that she did tell me not to pay my account. The system is still going to charge me they way it wants. R20.00 x 4 per day. I m receiving 3-4 emails per week. Ivy is making money for the company by overcharging people. if she does this to 1000 people per day meaning she is making 80000 per day. The law must protect us against IVY Moyo. That is way u have so many complaints because of *********** staff member like Ivy. Can someone professional and senior address my issue.
