Looking to make money off of people who are already in debt , but paying as per agreement!
I received a letter from this firm dated 07/05/2019 titled "request for payment." No additional charges had been added to my specified account at the time. Not long after that I contacted them to make a payment arrangement and paid my first installment shortly after. Suddenly I have accumulated charges of R100 in a single month AFTER THE ARRANGEMENT WAS MADE. Why am i Being charged collection fees in May & June when I've already agreed to pay and am doing so as per the arrangement. It's pathetic. This definitely calls for further action. Consumer's still have rights.

14 Jul 2019, 08:52So you ask for my details and dont respond. This company has now added an additional R70 in charges for the month of july. After making my payment arrangement and after sticking to it. Thats r190 in charges over 2 months AFTER I STARTED PAYING.

14 Jul 2019, 08:56Disgusting attempt to keep consumers in debt. After making payment arrangements and adhering to them, you are no longer meant to charge r49 collection fees. What are you collecting? Because im paying faithfully and you were not charging before i started paying. You are calling to thank me for making payment and then charging me for the call.
