LOADING FEES & NOT SENDING STATEMENTS

<p>2017.02.27 12:43 I called their office on behalf of my client to request a complete statement reflecting innitial debt handed over with all extra fees added, as well as a debit order form so the client can pay off the debt. No email received after the call.</p> <p>2017.02.27 15:27 i send them an email with the clients information referring back to the call requesting the same information. - no answer.</p> <p>2017.03.02 ±9:59 i called them again. spoke to Gloria who confirmed the agent sent an email but to the wrong address. She confirmed my email address and said she will resend the information. Still no email.</p> <p> </p> <p>Each call, each sms, each email gets billed againts the clients account - even when you have the incorrect information. The account was below R2000 when the firm handed it over to you and within days it spiked to over R3800? Even though you took old contact details from the firm, not making sure to request updated information and since the members first contact his details has not been updated nor has he received the relevant documentation...so that you can keep o n charging more and more interest as he cant pay you?</p> <p> </p> <p>please get someone to sort out this mess and send us the details we requested so this client can settle his account. charges for communication sent to incorrect details better be waived.</p> <p> </p> <p>regards</p> <p>Jacqueline H</p>
