Listed on the itc yet the account has been paid up years ago and no help from the above mentioned company

Hi need help regarding an issue of my credit status, I cannot apply for any accounts because there is a listing from Shapiro shaik and associate, this listing was suppose to be removed years ago as there is no money outstanding, I called 3 times with no reply, the person I spoke to advertised me that they needed the itc to be updated but nothing as yet, can u help, Thank you Regards Preven ***
