Listed For Prescribed Debt
According to the Prescription Act 68 of 1969 debt prescribes after 3 years.<br> <br> I was listed for an account I had years ago. NCA prohibits listings against prescribed debt, so why was this done?<br> <br> This listing needs to be removed asap and we will be taking legal action against this illicit company<br> <br>
