Letter of Settlement Request

Please some assist me on getting my letter of settlement, I have settled my MTN account through this company in May, to date I have not received my paid-up letter. I've been calling them they kept on saying they are waiting from MTN yet I have paid them of which it's badly affecting my credit check. They don't respond to any emails.
