Lawyers taking ad ad antage of the public.

I lost my employment last year and my employer terminated my Discovery Medical aid. Discovery then wanted R11k from me. Discovery then handed me over to Shapiro Shaik Defries and Associates for the money. I made an agreement with them to pay the money of. On payment of the account and recieving statements I found out that Shapiro Shaik Defries are charging me for phone calls and receipts. But on investigation found out that they Shapiro Shaik Defries are charging R17.50 per phone call and R110 per receipt of my payments. On futher investigation I found out that they phoned me extentively - sometimes 9 times per day. This really looks like they are just there to write-up fees for the firm. I am going to report this to the umbudsman. They are really taking advantage of the people. The public needs to know. Thanks
